The first 30 days of usage on WorkArea.com are free of charge. During this
trial period, you will not be billed, however, to continue using
WorkArea.com after this trial period, it is mandatory to supply a major
credit card to be used as payment, and to be billed on a monthly basis. The
primary contact for your account will be emailed with payment instructions
within fifteen (15) days of creating the WorkArea.com account.
As new users, or employees, are created within your account, the billing
will be adjusted based on the amount of days used within the first month.
Likewise, if an employee or user is deleted from your WorkArea.com account,
the billing will be only for the days used within the last month.
Cancellation of the main account is also handled on this pro rata basis.

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND FEES
This Schedule of Services and Fees is part of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use applicable to the WorkArea.com Services. WorkArea may also amend or modify this Schedule of Services and Fees at any time and from time to time. This Schedule of Services and Fees was last amended on [May 20, 2001].
Initial Services
WorkArea.com currently provides its Members with the capability to track and retrieve time and expense reporting data through applications that can be used via a web browser or Internet-enabled wireless devices ("Initial Services") as more fully described on the home page of the Web Site.
Member Fees.
If you registered as a Member prior to May 20, 2001 ("Initial Member"), you will continue to receive the Initial Services for the original charges, if any. Any additional services or functionalities will be subject to the then stated rates and/or service charges as listed in this Schedule of Services and Fees from time to time, on a per user per month basis. WorkArea reserves the right to charge Initial Members new and/or additional fees for use of the Initial Services.
If you register as a Member on or after May 20, 2001, your use of WorkArea services and functionalities, including the Initial Services, will be subject to the fees set forth in this Schedule of Services and Fees. Members will be notified of any additional fee implementations or changes on this Schedule of Services and Fees.
Any Member who registers on WorkArea.com after May 20, 2001 will be billed per user per month as follows for the Initial Services:
- $19.95 for the first five (5) users per user per month.
- $4.95 for each additional user per user per month.
WorkArea.com is also currently offering a thirty day risk free trial to new Members. For thirty days after registration, a new Member is permitted to use the Initial Services at no cost. Upon expiration of the thirty day trial period, the rates set forth above shall apply.
In the event that your use of the Services is subject to terms and conditions of a third party aggregator or other service provider, other specific fees, terms and conditions may apply. Please contact your third party aggregator or service provider for details.
Additional tools and services, beyond the Initial Services, will be charged on a per user per month basis, or as otherwise specified on this Schedule of Fees and Services, however, existing users will not be required to buy any such additional tools and services.
Members who sign up for service, but do not pay after the thirty (30) day trial period will be able to run their time clock, but will not be able to run reports. Non-paying users will be able to enter contact information in the address book, and add and edit clients, but will be unable to run any reports. After sixty (60) days of non-payment, all Services for such Member will be terminated.
